▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves using nano graphene oxide and high-hydrophilic polymer as raw materials. The high-hydrophilic polymer is added to graphene oxide solution whose pH value is regulated by dichloromethane and N-hydroxysuccinimide ester. The high-hydrophilic polymer is grafted on surface of the nano graphene oxide. The concentration of the graphene oxide solution is set to 0.8-1.5 mg/ml. The high-hydrophilic polymer is made of polyethylene glycol (PEG), hydrophilic polypeptide or hydrophilic natural high molecule. USE - Method for preparing graphene nano carrier for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agent. ADVANTAGE - The hydrophily effect and biocompatibility of the MRI contrast agent can be improved. The contrast agent stays in human body is provided with good tissue compatibility and low cell toxin.
