NOVELTY - A waterproof paint comprises superhydrophobic material as component (a) and coating composition as component (b). The superhydrophobic material comprises graphene, water-soluble cationic surfactant, sodium silicate solution, sodium hydroxide, silanization reagent and deionized water. The component (a) and component (b) are mechanically stirred. Superhydrophobic material is added and stirred. The mixture is placed in ultrasonic disperser and dispersed. The mixture is processed at room temperature for 35-45 minutes, to obtain waterproof paint. USE - Preparation of waterproof paint (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of paint having excellent moisture absorption characteristics and water resistance by environmentally-friendly method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A waterproof paint comprises superhydrophobic material as component (a) and coating composition as component (b). The superhydrophobic material comprises 5-25 parts mass graphene, 2.5-6 parts mass water-soluble cationic surfactant, 55-75 parts mass sodium silicate solution, 10-15 parts mass 10% sodium hydroxide, 25-45 parts mass silanization reagent and 8-15 parts mass deionized water. The coating composition comprises 20-30 parts mass lignin, 20-30 parts mass starch, 16-18 parts mass diatom mud, 10-12 parts mass heavy calcium, 10-15 parts mass calcium tincture, 0.5-1 part mass defoamer, 0.8-1 part mass dispersant and 15-30 parts mass deionized water. The waterproof paint is prepared by preparing component (a), preparing component (b) and mixing component (a) and component (b). The component (a) is prepared by ultrasonically cleaning graphene with deionized water for 25-40 minutes, placing graphene in drying oven at 65-80 degrees C for 4.5-6 hours, adding 2.5-6 pts. wt. water-soluble cationic surfactant to 8-15 pts. wt. deionized water, evenly stirring mixture, adding 15-25 pts. wt. graphene, magnetically stirring for 5-10 minutes, maintaining the mixture still, cleaning, drying mixture, adding 55-75 pts. wt. sodium silicate solution through cationic resin-exchange column and weakly basic anion resin-exchange column to obtain silicic acid solution, adjusting pH of silicic acid solution to 7-8 with 10% sodium hydroxide solution, adding portion of silicate gel solution to pressure reducer, concentrating under pressure for 10-15 minutes, slowly adding remaining portion of silicate solution dilute solution, concentrating mixture under reduced pressure at 75-80 degrees C for 20-30 minutes to obtain sodium orthosilicate solution, adding 1.2-1.3 pts. wt. graphene to silica nano-sol, ultrasonically treating mixture at 35-50 degrees C for 6-8.5 hours, removing graphene, washing with deionized water, ventilating mixture at room temperature for 12-24 hours, adding 1.4 pts. wt. graphene to 25-45 pts. wt. silanization reagent, stirring at 20-35 degrees C for 4.5-6 hours, removing graphene, washing mixture with absolute ethanol to pH of 6.8-7.2 and drying mixture at 60 degrees C for 6 hours. The component (b) is prepared by stirring 20-30 pts. wt. starch with particle size of 800-900 mesh at 70-80 degrees C for 15-25 minutes, slowly adding 20-30 pts. wt. lignin, stirring mixture for 30-35 minutes, adding 10-12 pts. wt. heavy calcium, 11-15 pts. wt. calcium tincture and 0.8-1 pt. wt. dispersant to 15-30 pts. wt. deionized water, stirring mixture at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, adding diatom mud, stirring mixture for 30-45 minutes, adding starch and lignin mixture and 0.5-1 pt. wt. defoamer and mechanically stirring mixture for 25-55 minutes. The component (a) and component (b) are mixed, maintained still for 10-15 minutes, and the mixture is added to stirrer and mechanically stirred for 0.5-1.5 minutes. Superhydrophobic material is added, stirred at 100 rpm for 15-20 minutes and stirring is stopped. The mixture is placed in ultrasonic disperser, dispersed at ultrasonic power of 300 W and 18-25 degrees C for 8-12 minutes. After the end of ultrasonic dispersion, the mixture is removed and processed at room temperature for 35-45 minutes, to obtain waterproof paint.
