NOVELTY - Graphene-modified rubber comprises 30-50 pts. wt. natural rubber, 25-30 pts. wt. butadiene rubber, 40-45 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 1-6 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. paraffin wax, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 2-6 pts. wt. 2-(morpholinothio)benzothiazole (accelerator NOBS), 40-70 pts. wt. high wear-resistant carbon black, 35-60 pts. wt. medium-ultra wear-resistant furnace carbon black, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. calcium sulfate whiskers and 1-3 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. USE - Used as graphene-modified rubber. ADVANTAGE - The modified rubber has excellent mechanical properties, strong stability, prolonged service life and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of graphene-modified rubber, comprising (i) adding calcium sulfate whiskers and silane coupling agent into a high-speed mixer and mixing for 2-7 minutes to obtain modified calcium sulfate whiskers, (iii) mixing graphene, natural rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, high wear-resistant carbon black, 2-(morpholinothio)benzothiazole (accelerator NOBS), medium-ultra wear-resistant furnace carbon black and modified calcium sulfate whiskers on an open mill for 5-10 minutes, where the roller spacing is 1-2 mm, and the roller temperature is 100-120 degrees C, and (iii) adding sulfur, stearic acid, paraffin wax and zinc oxide into the product prepared in step (ii), and mixing for 2-4 minutes, and taking out.
