NOVELTY - Antistatic heat-resistant glue comprises 100 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 10-50 pts. wt. acrylonitrilebutadiene-styrene copolymer, 2-10 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1-5 pts. wt. anti-bacterial preservative, 1-10 pts. wt. absolute ethyl alcohol, 5-20 pts. wt. methyl silicon resin, 10-30 pts. wt. phenyl hydrogen-containing silicon resin, 1-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1-5 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 0.1-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 0.1-5 pts. wt. graphene sheet, 0.1-5 pts. wt. carbon nano tube and 0.1-5 pts. wt. silicon nitride. USE - Used as antistatic heat-resistant glue ADVANTAGE - The antistatic heat-resistant glue can adjust the viscosity of the glue and adapt to more application scenarios. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antistatic hea-tresistant glue, comprising (i) adding the acrylic resin, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, silicon dioxide, anti-aging agent and coupling agent anti-bacterial into reaction kettle, temperature is increased to 45-60degrees Celsius and stirring uniformly; (ii) adding the methyl silicon resin, phenyl hydrogen-containing silicon resin, crosslinking agent and defoaming agent into the reaction kettle at 60-80degrees Celsius, stirring uniformly and allowing to stand for 3-6 hours; and (iii) dispersing the zinc oxide, graphene sheet, carbon nano tube, silicon nitride in absolute ethyl reaction kettle, raising the temperature to 45-60degrees Celsius, stirring uniformly, to obtain the antistatic heat-resistant glue, dispersing the zinc oxide, graphene sheet, carbon nano tube and silicon nitride in absolute ethyl alcohol, adding into reaction kettle at the temperature of 45-60degrees Celsius and stirring uniformly to obtain the antistatic heat-resistant glue.
