NOVELTY - A graphene anticorrosive coating comprises 15-25 parts mass epoxy resin, 0.5-7 parts mass curing agent, 0.2-6 parts mass graphene, 10-50 parts mass zinc powder, 0.15-0.45 part mass coupling agent, 10-30 parts mass reactive diluent, 5-45 parts mass filler, 0.1-3 parts mass dispersant and 0.2-3 parts mass polyaniline. USE - Graphene anticorrosive coating for marine use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation a graphene anticorrosive coating for marine use, which involves (A1) weighing epoxy resin, curing agent, graphene, zinc powder, coupling agent, reactive diluent, filler, dispersant and polyaniline, (A2) ultrasonically dispersing the graphene, adding 0.2-5% graphene, 10-30% reactive diluent, and 0.15-2% dispersing agent, ultrasonic power is 100w-500w, time is 10-60 minutes, (A3) A3, adding the powder material and the resin material into the graphene dispersion under mechanical stirring, and the stirring speed is 1000 rpm, mixing 5-20% epoxy resin, 1.6-6.6% curing agent, 10-50% zinc powder, 1-3% polyaniline, 10-40% filler and 0.2-1% coupling agent; and (2) an apparatus for use in a marine graphene anticorrosive coating, which involves providing a weighing device and a stirring device for weighing the material, the stirring device comprises a frame, a stirring container fixedly mounted on the frame, a mixer fixedly mounted on the frame and arranged inside the stirring container, a controller fixedly mounted on the frame and electrically connected to the stirring container, an outer surface of the bottom of the stirring container is fixedly mounted with several first ultrasonic vibrators distributed in an array, and the stirring machine is provided with stirring blades, second ultrasonic vibrator is fixedly mounted on the stirring blade, and the controller is electrically connected to the first ultrasonic vibrator and the second ultrasonic vibrator.
