▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Complex fiber comprises ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and graphene. The complex fiber is prepared by homopolymerizing the product of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene and graphene at 100-200 degrees C, where the average molecular weight of the ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene is 1-4x 106, the diameter of the graphene is 0.6-1.8 mu m, and the thickness is 0.5-5 nm. USE - The complex fiber is useful in preparing impact resistance material and/or vibration-absorption material e.g. bulletproof material, preferably body armor, bullet-proof helmet or bulletproof flapper (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method achieves stretching strength of fiber to be 2.5 GPa, the tensile modulus to be 130GPa, and the thermal decomposition temperature under nitrogen atmosphere to be more than 390 degrees C; and produces product, which has high mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the complex fiber, comprising performing surface purification treatment and coupling agent treatment to the graphene powder, uniformly dispersing in paraffin oil or decalin containing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, homopolymerizing by heating to 100-200 degrees C under shear condition to obtain a gel, and performing spinning to the gel to obtain complex fiber; and (2) the impact resistance material and/or vibration-absorption material, comprising the complex fiber.
