NOVELTY - A composite material comprises (in parts mass) graphene-modified hyperbranched polysiloxane (0.1-10), 1-(4-((4-(2,5-dioxo-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)phenyl)methyl)phenyl)-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-2,5-dione (100) and 1-(prop-2-en-1-yloxy)-4-(2-(4-(prop-2-en-1-yloxy)phenyl)propan-2-yl)benzene (10-100). The graphene modified hyperbranched polysiloxane is obtained by silicon hydrogen addition polymerization of methyl(dimethylvinyl siloxy)silane in platinum/carbon catalyst. USE - Composite material is used for slip sheet of pump and motive seal coating of engine. ADVANTAGE - The composite material is efficiently prepared with excellent friction characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composite material comprises (in parts mass) graphene-modified hyperbranched polysiloxane (0.1-10), 1-(4-((4-(2,5-dioxo-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrol-1-yl)phenyl)methyl)phenyl)-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-2,5-dione (100) and 1-(prop-2-en-1-yloxy)-4-(2-(4-(prop-2-en-1-yloxy)phenyl)propan-2-yl)benzene (10-100). The graphene modified hyperbranched polysiloxane is obtained by silicon hydrogen addition polymerization of methyl(dimethylvinyl siloxy)silane in platinum/carbon catalyst. The graphene modified hyperbranched polysiloxane is of formula (I). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite material, which involves adding graphene of vinyl diethoxy silane and methyl (dimethyl vinyl siloxy)silane into a three-opening flask in the mass ratio of 1:1-100, then adding platinum/carbon catalyst (0.1-4%), reacting for 1-10 hours under the nitrogen protection, leaching, washing with ethanol, obtaining the graphene-modified hyperbranched polysiloxane, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion for 10-60 minutes, heating and melting at 60-120 degrees C, prepolymerizing for 15-60 minutes, pouring into a preheated mold, vacuumizing and removing bubble in a vacuum oven at 80-120 degrees C, cooling, demolding and processing for 2 hours at 200 degrees C.
