▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nano titanium dioxide aerogel material comprises titania-halloysite-hydrophobic porous carboxymethyl cellulose composite material as matrix loaded with nano-silver and graphene. USE - Nano titanium dioxide aerogel material for catalytically degrading antibiotics in aquaculture water. ADVANTAGE - The lightweight nano titanium dioxide aerogel material has high strength, antibiotic adsorption capacity and excellent oil resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nano titanium dioxide aerogel material, which involves (1) mixing butyl titanate, halloysite powder, hydrophobic porous carboxymethyl cellulose, anhydrous ethanol and toluene in a mass ratio to obtain solution (A), mixing absolute ethanol, 0.5-1.5 mol/L glacial acetic acid and water in mass ratio to prepare solution (B), subjecting solution (A) to ultrasonic vibration at 50-60 degrees C, dripping solution (B) in solution (A), adding sodium bicarbonate powder and modifier, continuously stirring for 0.5-1 hour to obtain sol solution, (2) adding silver nitrate and graphene to the sol solution, stirring, dripping nitric acid solution in sol solution until the pH of the sol solution is 5, heating the sol solution at 45-55 degrees C in dark conditions, heat-preserving for 1-2 hours, washing with water to remove unreacted substances, stirring, adding sodium borohydride and urethane to sol solution, dripping sodium hydroxide solution to control the pH of the sol solution at 7-8, washing with water to obtain silver-bearing sol solution, (3) aging silver-bearing sol solution at room temperature for 24-48 hours, adding n-hexane to silver sol solution, replacing solvent for 36-60 hours, separating and removing N-hexane, obtaining silver-loaded gel, carrying out oleophobic modification of silver-loaded gel with mixed solution of organosilicon compound and n-hexane, and vacuum drying to obtain final product.
