▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite soundproof flame-retardant cotton felt includes a fiber cotton felt layer, a polyethylene film, a graphene layer and a metal layer. The fiber cotton felt layer, polyethylene film and graphene layer are fixedly arranged between the pair of metal layers. The fiber cotton felt layer and the graphene layer are arranged alternately. The middle of the fiber cotton felt layer and the graphene layer is fixedly bonded by the polyethylene film. The inner cavity of the fiber cotton felt layer is equidistantly provided with through-holes. An activated carbon fiber rod is fixedly arranged in the through-hole. USE - The composite soundproof flame-retardant cotton felt is useful for automobile interior trim. ADVANTAGE - The composite soundproof flame-retardant cotton felt has excellent antibacterial property, and mothproof performance, can be prepared by an economical method with less labor consumption by reducing spraying process and high production efficiency, can quickly diffuse heat, and effectively avoids local overheating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for processing of the composite soundproof flame-retardant cotton felt, which involves: (1) selecting a mixed sheet made of 50-70% high-melting fiber with a melting point of 150-250 degrees C and a low-melting fiber with a melting point of 100-150 degrees C as raw materials; (2) adding water to a pulper, adjusting the pH of water to 2-3.5 using sulfuric acid, turning on the pulper, and adding the mixed sheet for pulping to obtain a thick slurry; (3) introducing the thick slurry into a slurry mixing tank, and adding water with a pH of 2-3.5 to prepare 0.5-2 wt.% slurry; (4) introducing the slurry into a deslagging equipment for deslagging; (5) introducing the slag-removed slurry into a front box of a net, so that the slurry overflows from the front box of the net to a long net forming machine to form a uniform wet felt, and removing the moisture in the wet felt by using negative pressure; (6) baking the moisture-removed material, heating the raw materials using hot air at 200-250 degrees C for 5-10 minutes, placing the heated material on a forming mold, pressing into a sheet, punching, and then installing the fiber cotton felt layer made of activated carbon fiber rod in the punched through-hole; and (7) paving polyethylene film between the alternately arranged fiber cotton felt layer and the graphene layer, drying in a dryer, because the melting point of the polyethylene film is low and has a preset viscosity after melting, effectively bonding the fiber cotton felt layer and the graphene layer together, and then paving metal layer on both sides of the dried product.
