▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing hollow cobalt sulfide/red-green (RGO) composite material rich in sulfur vacancy comprises (a) introducing 0.015 g oxidation graphene (GO) to 40 ml deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 1 hour, adding 0 1 g ascorbic acid and stirring uniformly, introducing a piece of clean foam nickel under the water bath condition of 80degrees Celsius heating for 6 hours, taking out and washing, dry to obtain RGO/NF; (b) completely dissolving 1.313 g 2-methylimidazole and 0.5820 g nitrate hexahydrate in 40 ml deionization water, mixing the solution, adding RGO /NF, stirring for 10 minutes; (c) placing cobalt sulfide/RGO / NF in 0.5 M sodium tetrahydridoborate solution, soaking for 2 hours at room temperature, washing, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing hollow Co3S4/RGO composite material with rich sulphur vacancy, which is useful in super capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The hollow composite material has improved electrochemical performance, conductivity and stability, and improves performance of super capacitor.
