▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing solar cell using a graphite substrate (110) and graphene, comprises (a) preparing a graphite substrate on which multiple holes are formed, (b) forming a graphene layer (120) of a first conductivity type on the graphite substrate, (c) forming a silicon layer including impurities of a second conductivity type on the graphene layer and crystallizing silicon layer to form a semiconductor layer (130), (d) forming a passivation layer (140) on the entire surface of the semiconductor layer, (e) forming an anti-reflection film (150) on the passivation layer, (f) forming a first electrode on the anti-reflection film, and (g) forming a second electrode under the graphite substrate. USE - The method is useful for producing solar cell using graphite substrate and graphene. ADVANTAGE - The solar cell has flexible property by applying graphite substrate, high charge mobility and high current density property by arranging graphene layer on graphite substrate, and improves flexibility and elasticity of graphene layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for solar cell using a graphite substrate and graphene comprising a graphite substrate having multiple holes formed therein. The graphene layer of a first conductivity type arranged on the graphite substrate, the second conductive semiconductor layer is arranged on the graphene layer, the passivation layer is arranged on the semiconductor layer, the anti-reflection film is arranged on the passivation layer, the first electrode is arranged on the anti-reflection film, and the second electrode is arranged under the graphite substrate.
