▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor has a graphene film and evanescent optical fiber that are arranged on a base plate. The graphene film is arranged at a part of an evanescent field optical fiber when optical signal is transmitted. The graphene film changes an effective refractive index value under an action of an under-testing signal input. An output light spectrum of the evanescent field optical fiber is changed after effective refractive index of the graphene film is changed. A signal is obtained according to a change of the light spectrum. First and second electrodes are connected with the graphene film. USE - Graphene-based optical fiber sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor can improve response speed, and enlarges measuring range and improves integration degree. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene-based fiber sensor manufacturing method.
