USE - Used as modified polyether ether ketone composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Modified polyether ether ketone composite material comprises 55-80 pts. wt. polyether ether ketone, 10-30 pts. wt. thermally induced polyaryl ether ketone, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene microchip, 3-10 pts. wt. filler and 2-5 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of modified polyether ether ketone composite material comprising drying polyether ether ketone and thermally induced polyaryl ether ketone, baking in air circulating oven for 2-3 hours, and then mixing the remaining raw material in a high-speed stirring mixer, and then adding into win-screw extruder, extruding, conveying by conveyor belt , air cooling and granulating to obtain final product.
