NOVELTY - Preparing iron oxide/graphene oxide magnetic composite material comprises adding mercapto modified magnetic microsphere (I) and graphene oxide into aqueous solution of pH 6.5-10, ultrasonic dispersing, stirring and reacting at 60-100 degrees C, stopping reaction, magnetic separating iron oxide/graphene oxide and liquid, washing with water and vacuum drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing iron oxide/graphene oxide magnetic composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and fast, and ensures mild conditions. The composite material has graphene oxide thickness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing iron oxide/graphene oxide magnetic composite material comprises adding mercapto modified magnetic microsphere of formula (Fe3O4/SiO2/SH) (I) and graphene oxide into aqueous solution of pH 6.5-10, ultrasonic dispersing, stirring and reacting at 60-100 degrees C, stopping reaction, magnetic separating iron oxide/graphene oxide and liquid, washing with water and vacuum drying.
