▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Detecting charged particle involves using 3-dimensional (3D) nanopore device having top, middle, and bottom chambers, adding electrolyte solution including charged particle to top, middle, and bottom chambers, placing top and bottom electrodes in top and bottom chambers respectively. The electrophoretic bias is applied between top and bottom electrodes. The first and second selection biases are applied to first and second selection electrodes in 3D nanopore device to select nanopores of multiple nanopores through which charged particle will be directed. The rate control bias is applied to rate control electrode in 3D nanopore device to modulate translocation rate of charged particle through nanopores. The sensing bias is applied to sensing electrode in 3D nanopore device, and change in current is detected in sensing electrode. USE - Method for detecting charged particle used for characterizing biopolymer molecules. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to improve sensitivity, minimizes manufacturing costs, and enhances stability and electrochemical and sequencing reactions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a 3D nanopore device for characterizing biopolymer molecules.
