NOVELTY - A graphene and amorphous carbon composite film is prepared by chemical deposition method involving filling amount of pyridine to anoxic reactor when copper substrate reaches to certain temperature and quenching copper substrate after reaction for specified time to obtain three-layered structure of graphene and amorphous carbon composite film; and separation and purification method involving placing product with three-layered structure in deionized water, placing remained middle layer and lower layer product in solution with iron ion and etching copper substrate located at lower layer. USE - Preparation of graphene and amorphous carbon composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method has skillful concept, and simple and easy operation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene and amorphous carbon composite film is prepared by chemical deposition method involving setting anoxic reactor, placing copper substrate in anoxic reactor and heating, filling amount of pyridine to anoxic reactor when copper substrate reaches to certain temperature and quenching copper substrate after reaction for specified time to obtain three-layered structure of graphene and amorphous carbon composite film; and separation and purification method involving placing product with three-layered structure in deionized water to remove amorphous carbon layer located at upper layer, placing remained middle layer and lower layer product in solution with iron ion and etching copper substrate located at lower layer to obtain middle layered graphene and amorphous carbon composite film.
