USE - Used as capacitive grid digital display caliper made by printing carbon slurry on PC film. ADVANTAGE - The caliper has good precision. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing capacitance grid digital display caliper made by printing carbon slurry on PC film, comprising (i) mixing the pre-polymer, active diluent, pure water, absolute ethanol and tetrahydrofuran with a mass ratio of 25:18:4:3:2-35:22:7:5:3, stirring at 60-80℃ for 30 -40 minutes at 800-1000 revolutions/minute to prepare mixed solution, mixing the solution, photoinitiator, pigment and dimethyl silicone polymer with a mass ratio of 80:1:6:2-90:3:10:4, uniformly mixing at 40-60℃ and 300-500 revolutions/minute, stirring for 60-80 minutes to obtain UV ink, (ii) pressing the polycarbonate into polycarbonate sheet with needed shape, where the thickness of the polycarbonate sheet is 0.1-0.2 mm, printing the scale ink on the lower surface of the polycarbonate sheet to form a scale ink layer, coating 0.02-0.06 mm thick UV ink on the scale ink layer to form a UV ink layer, and irradiating for 5-7 seconds by UV light source, allowing to stand for 10-20 minutes at 120-130℃, silk printing a layer of carbon paste with thickness of 0.01-0.04 mm on the UV ink layer to form carbon paste layer, and baking for 10-20 minutes at 100-150℃, solidifying the carbon slurry, adhering the non-dry glue layer on the surface of the carbon slurry layer to obtain a scale film, and (iii) attaching the scale film on the upper surface of the caliper ruler blank.
