NOVELTY - Preparing a sleeve grouting material comprises (i) taking 90-100 pts. wt. cement, 40-55 pts. wt. modified mineral powder, 1-2 pts. wt. fine sand, 3 pts. wt. water reducer, 3 pts. wt. retarder, 2 pts. wt. defoamer, 1 pts. wt. expander, 3-5.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. additives and 15-25 pts. wt. water; (ii) mixing cement, modified mineral powder and fine sand to obtain the first material; (iii) mixing the water reducer, retarder and expansion agent to obtain the second material and mixing graphene oxide and additives to obtain the third material; (iv) adding the second material and the third material into the first material under stirring conditions and adding defoamer and water slowly after mixing the first material, the second material and the third material, where the temperature of the defoamer is -5 degrees C, and the temperature of the water is 0-3 degrees C. USE - The sleeve grouting material is useful for assembled concrete engineering (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: can solve the current problems of poor strength and easy agglomeration of sleeve grouting; and produces material with good strength and not easy to reunite.
