NOVELTY - The battery has a first solar battery unit arranged above a second solar battery unit, where a double-sided transparent conductive substrate is arranged between the first solar battery unit and the second solar battery unit. The first solar battery unit comprises a conductive electrode layer, a first transmission layer, an indium phosphide layer, a second transmission layer and a second conductive electrode layer along top to bottom manner. The second solar battery unit comprises a third conductive electrode, a third transmission layer, a perovskite layer, a fourth transmission layer and a fourth conductive electrode layer along top to bottom manner. The second conductive electrode layer and the third conductive electrode layer are provided as double-sided transparent conductive film layers on the double-sided transparent conductive substrate. USE - Indium phosphide-perovskite four-end laminated solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery utilizes the third conductive electrode layer, the third transmission layer, the perovskite layer, the fourth transmission layer and the fourth conductive electrode layer to form a perovskite solar battery that realize high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and effectively ensures stable output of a device under high energy radiation, and improves photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar battery so as to expand application of the perovskite solar battery as space photovoltaic technology.
