▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A graphene/graphene oxide composite current collector preparation method involves subjecting graphene oxide suspension to vacuum filtration. The product is added with filter cake and precursor polymer solution to obtain mixed solution. The product is then filtered with microporous membrane and heated in oven to form graphene oxide film. The graphene oxide film is then dried. The graphene solution is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion and sprayed to graphene oxide film, followed by drying product, soaking product in ethanol, and vacuum drying the product. USE - Method for preparing graphene/graphene oxide composite current collector for use in capacitor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene/graphene oxide composite current collector with high mechanical property and conductivity, prolonged service life and reduced weight. The graphene/graphene oxide composite current collector increases energy density in capacitor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/graphene oxide composite current collector preparation method involves subjecting graphene oxide suspension with concentration of 0.25-1 mg/ml to vacuum filtration by microporous membrane. The product is added with filter cake and precursor polymer solution to obtain mixed solution. The product is then filtered with microporous membrane and heated in oven at 40 degrees C to form graphene oxide film. The graphene oxide film is then dried. The 1 mg/ml graphene solution is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion and sprayed to graphene oxide film, followed by drying the product, soaking the product in ethanol, removing impurity from product, and vacuum drying the product at 40-60 degrees C.
