NOVELTY - The plate has a titanium bipolar plate substrate (1) whose surface is arranged with a nickel layer or nickel chromium layer (2), a first gold layer (3), a first graphene layer (4), a second gold layer (5) and a second graphene layer (6). Thickness of the titanium bipolar plate substrate is about 0.1 mm to 1 mm. Thickness of the nickel layer or nickel chromium layer is about 20nm to 100nm. Thickness of the first gold layer is about 20nm to 100nm. Thickness of the second graphene layer is about 0.335nm to 3.35nm. Thickness of the second gold layer is about 50 mm to 150nm. USE - Graphene-reinforced surface fuel cell bipolar plate. ADVANTAGE - The plate has high micro-pore effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene-reinforced surface fuel cell bipolar plate manufacturing method.
