▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves dispersing graphene oxide in organic solvent by sonication (102). Metal oxide and graphene oxide are mixed to form mixture (103). The mixture is stirred and sonicated (104) intermittently until viscosity of the mixture is applicable on a conductive substrate. The mixture is thermally treated for reduction of graphene oxide to form nano-composite material. The nanocomposite material is coated on conductive surface of the substrate to form a coated layer. The coated layer is thermally treated, where coating is carried out prior to thermal treating for reduction of graphene oxide, and thermal treating for reduction of graphene oxide is carried out simultaneously with thermal treating of the coated layer such that reduction of graphene oxide occurs when the coated layer is thermally treated, and the metal oxide is titanium oxide nanoparticles in paste form. USE - Method for preparing nano-composite material for renewable and sustainable energy applications such as dye sensitized solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The method enables utilizing graphene to form composites so as to improve properties of photocatalytic materials. The method enables reducing recombination of electrons and holes so as to enhance efficiency of a dye sensitized solar cell in an effective manner.
