NOVELTY - Graphene reinforced acrylic polyurethane aqueous coating comprises 40-50 pts. wt. acrylic acid prepolymer, 30-40 pts. wt. structurally modified graphene, 15-25 pts. wt. active monomer, 2-4 pts. wt. photo-initiator, 2-3 pts. wt. flatting agent and 30-40 pts. wt. water. The structurally modified graphene is prepared by mixing styrene-butadiene rubber latex, graphene oxide and trimethylolpropane triacrylate in 40-60:35-50:5-10 weight ratio, carrying out an irradiation reaction with an irradiation dose of 10-20 kilogray for 12-20 hours, filtering and drying to obtain graphene intercalation modified nano-rubber. The graphene intercalation modified nano-rubber, alcoholysis castor oil, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, initiator benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and water are mixed in 40-60:20-30:10-20:0.1-0.3:100 ratio, heated at 60-70 degrees C and reacted for 2-4 hours to obtain a mixed solution. USE - Graphene reinforced acrylic polyurethane aqueous coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene reinforced acrylic polyurethane aqueous coating has excellent paint film hardness, paint film adhesion, paint film flexibility and paint film impact resistance, and adopts UV water-based paint, which is economical, efficient, ecological, and energy-saving. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene reinforced acrylic polyurethane aqueous coating comprises 40-50 pts. wt. acrylic acid prepolymer, 30-40 pts. wt. structurally modified graphene, 15-25 pts. wt. active monomer, 2-4 pts. wt. photo-initiator, 2-3 pts. wt. flatting agent and 30-40 pts. wt. water. The structurally modified graphene is prepared by mixing styrene-butadiene rubber latex, graphene oxide and trimethylolpropane triacrylate in 40-60:35-50:5-10 weight ratio, carrying out an irradiation reaction with an irradiation dose of 10-20 kilogray for 12-20 hours, filtering and drying to obtain graphene intercalation modified nano-rubber. The graphene intercalation modified nano-rubber, alcoholysis castor oil, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, initiator benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and water are mixed in 40-60:20-30:10-20:0.1-0.3:100 ratio, heated at 60-70 degrees C and reacted for 2-4 hours to obtain a mixed solution. The diphenylmethane diisocyanate, catalyst and polymerization inhibitor are added to mixed solution, heated at 50-60 degrees C and reacted for 3-4 hours, filtered and dried to obtain structurally modified graphene. The mass ratio of the alcoholysis castor oil and diphenylmethane diisocyanate is 20-30:100, addition amount of catalyst is 0.2-0.4 wt.% of modified mixture, and addition amount of polymerization inhibitor is 0.1-0.3 wt.% of modified mixture. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene reinforced acrylic polyurethane aqueous coating, which comprises: (A) mixing acrylic prepolymer, structure-modified graphene, active monomer and water at 800-1000 revolutions per minute (rpm) for 6-10 minutes; and (B) adding leveling agent and photoinitiator, and stirring at 300-500 rpm for 4-6 minutes to obtain the product.
