NOVELTY - Conductive ink based on metal nano wire and oxidized graphene comprises 1.0-15.0% metal nano wire, 0.2-2% single-layer graphene oxide, 0-5% auxiliary dispersant, 0-5% thickening agent, 0.05-2% surfactant, 0.05-2% antifoaming agent, deionized water and 69.0-0-98.7% organic alcohol solvent. USE - Conductive ink based on metal nano wire and oxidized graphene. ADVANTAGE - The ink has high conductivity, conductive line stability and flexibility, and strong adhesion. It improves conductivity of conductive line. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of conductive ink based on metal nano wire and oxidized graphene comprising weighing graphene oxide, adding deionized water, and ultrasonically dispersing to obtain oxidized graphene dispersion liquid; adding metal nanowires in graphene oxide dispersion liquid, ultrasonic oscillating, scattering, filtering by millipore filter film, collecting graphene oxide and metal nano composite wire, and washing with de-ionized water; preparing additive solution containing dispersant, thickening agent, surfactant, anti-foaming agent, deionized water and organic alcohol solvent; and re-dispersing graphene oxide metal nano-composite to obtain solution containing additives, vibrating, and dispersing to obtain good dispersibility of conductive ink.
