▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Forming electroplated copper (30) on a surface of non-metal materials (10) by graphene-based plating ink, comprises: preparing a graphene-based plating ink (20); spraying the graphene-based plating ink on a surface of the non-metal material; drying the graphene-based plating ink sprayed on the surface of the non-metal material at a temperature of 50-200 degrees C for 5-30 minutes; and immersing the non-metal material with the graphene-based plating ink on the surface in a plating solution and applying a voltage or current to form the electroplated copper on the graphene-based plating ink. USE - The method is useful for forming electroplated copper on the surface of non-metal materials by graphene-based plating ink. ADVANTAGE - The method: does not utilize heavy metals i.e. hexavalent chromium and palladium, as catalysts during plating, hence the method is environmentally friendly and cost- and time-saving; and utilizes the graphene-based plating ink having excellent adhesion and higher flexibility, hence enhances the adhesion between the functionalized graphene contained in the graphene-based plating ink and the non-metal material by modifying step.
