NOVELTY - Preparing graphene thin film, comprises soaking the graphene oxide film in an ethanol solution, and drying to obtain a graphene oxide film intercalated with ethanol, subjecting the graphene oxide film intercalated with ethanol sequentially to thermal annealing treatment, thermal reduction treatment and graphitization treatment to obtain a graphene film, where the thermal annealing treatment, the thermal reduction treatment and the graphitization treatment adopt pressure sintering, the temperature of the thermal annealing treatment is 100-200℃, the time is 0.5-4 hours, and the applied pressure is 5-30t; the temperature of the thermal reduction treatment is 1100-1500℃, the time is 0.5-4 hours, and the applied pressure is 30-70t; the temperature of the graphitization treatment is 2500-3000℃, the time is 0.5-4 hours, and the applied pressure is 30-70t. USE - The method is useful for preparing film graphene, which is useful in heat management system for transfer of electronic industry and space instrument heat energy, and conversion and storage. ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting property of the graphene film prepared by the preparation method is good and stable. The method improves the heat conducting performance of the thin film.
