▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves mixing polyacrylonitrile in a pore. A polyacrylonitrile solution is prepared. The polyacrylonitrile solution is filled in an ultrafiltration base membrane using an immersion-sediment phase conversion process. A sodium hydroxide solution is filled in a polyacrylonitrile membrane. Polyethylene imine is contained in a polyacrylonitrile film layer. Temperature of oxidation graphite alkene solution is heated at 20-50 degree Celsius for 20-60 mins. Deionized water is soaked for 2-10 minutes to obtain a polyethylene imine layer, a nano-filter film and an oxidation graphene layer. USE - Method for automatically assembling and manufacturing a nano-filter film in a fruit juice concentrate and salt water area. ADVANTAGE - The method enables regulating hole diameter size using a polyethylene imine and oxidation graphene modified PAN membrane so as to improve nano-filtering membrane cut-off performance in an effective manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The pore is a polyethylene glycol or polyethylene pyrrolidone. The pore is filled with solvent i.e. N-methyl pyrrolidone.
