NOVELTY - A graphene transistor for bone conduction devices has a substrate, a sub-emitter, an emitter, a spacer, a graded base, a first grading layer, a collector, a second grading layer, a cap layer, and a graphene layer. A hole wall of the substrate defines a through hole. The sub-emitter is stacked on an upper surface of the substrate and has a sealing section. The sealing section sealed an end of the through hole. The emitter is stacked on the sub-emitter. The spacer is stacked on the sub-emitter and is positioned at a side of the emitter. The graded base is stacked on the emitter and the spacer. The first grading layer is stacked on the graded base. The collector is stacked on the first grading layer. The second grading layer is stacked on the collector. The cap layer is stacked on the second grading layer. The graphene layer covers a lower surface of the substrate, the hole wall, and the sealing section. The graphene transistor for bone conduction devices has good gain and power-added efficiency.
