NOVELTY - An ultraviolet curable conductive adhesive comprises 15-20 parts mass aromatic polyurethane acrylate, 5-10 parts mass dimethylaminoethyl acrylate, 1-6 parts mass photoinitiator, 1-3 parts mass nano alumina dispersion, 40-60 parts mass nano silver flakes, 10-20 parts mass spherical nano silver powder, 0.2-0.5 part mass leveling agent, 0.5-1 part mass antioxidant and 20-25 parts mass graphene. USE - Ultraviolet curable conductive adhesive is used for printed circuit board. ADVANTAGE - The economical ultraviolet curable conductive adhesive has low resistivity and is economical as a small amount of spherical nano silver powder is used for filling the gaps of nano silver flakes, and excellent antibacterial property, anti-corrosive property and compatibility with ultraviolet curable resin. The film formed using the adhesive has excellent durability.
