▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing tin oxide-reduced graphene oxide aerogel material by acid etching, involves (a) weighing tin dioxide, adding to deionized water, stirring, adding strong acid, stirring, adding to a hydrothermal reactor, centrifuging, washing, and drying in an oven to obtain acid-etched tin oxide powder, (b) weighing the powder in deionized water, stirring, dripping into the graphene oxide solution, stirring, adding to the hydrothermal reactor, and reducing to obtain acid etched tin oxide-reduced graphene oxide aerogel sol, (c) adding the aerogel sol to a container, leaving still, adding to aging solution after the gel is complete, and aging for 3-5 days, (d) drying the sol using a freeze dryer at -55 degrees C to -60 degrees C under a pressure of 1-5 Pa for 36-72 hours, and removing the sample after the temperature of the freeze dryer rises to room temperature, and (e) adding the sample to a tube furnace, setting the temperature under an inert atmosphere to anneal, and reducing to obtain the material. USE - The method is useful for preparing tin oxide-reduced graphene oxide aerogel material by acid etching. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the working temperature, and improves the overall sensitivity and recovery rate of the material, and the prepared aerogel material has high responsivity, high porosity and high specific surface area.
