NOVELTY - The method involves providing a main body with a substrate (S1). An upper part of the substrate is provided with a photoelectric device (S2). An electric isolation layer is arranged on an upper part of the photoelectric device (S3). Composite thin film preparation process is performed (S4). An upper part of the electric isolated layer preparation process is performed (S5). The electric isolation layer is made of silicon dioxide, magnesium fluoride or aluminum oxide materials. The composite thin film is made of graphene/polymer and graphene oxide materials. USE - Method for packaging graphene based on a flexible photoelectric device. ADVANTAGE - The method enables providing graphene/polymer laminated composite film so as to realize better water oxygen function. The method enables improving flexibility of the photoelectric device and providing better application value of the photoelectric device.
