▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-sensitivity crack-type graphene strain sensor droplet injection comprises placing pre-cured PDMS under the piezoelectric nozzle of the uniform droplet ejection device, that will discretize the reduced graphene oxide solution into uniform microscopic particles of the order of picoliters, embedding the droplets on the surface of the PDMS to form a graphene pattern with a narrow line width; squeezing the conductive silver paste at both ends of the graphene pattern, and drawing out the copper electrodes; peeling off the graphene pattern/PDMS from the PET to obtain a patterned graphene sensor after heat treatment; pre-stretching the graphene strain sensor to obtain reversible micro-cracks. USE - The strain sensor droplet is used for monitoring respiration, sound, pulse and weak physiological signal in man-machine interaction field. ADVANTAGE - The method enables depositing patterned graphene sensitive layer on the adhesive polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) film, so that the graphene pattern after pre-stretching can be repeatedly used micro-crack, thus providing a prepared strain sensor with high sensitivity characteristic and strong adhesion characteristics.
