NOVELTY - Laser donor film comprises base film, laser heat transfer layer and adhesive layer. The base film is used as carrier film for laser heat transfer layer; and adhesive layer is provided on the laser heat transfer layer. USE - Laser donor film used for transferring graphene thin film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The laser donor film improves graphene patterning processing efficiency and has protection function during graphene thin film transfer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of laser donor film comprising uniformly dispersing photothermal conversion material in resin solvent, coating in base film surface, heating and curing to form laser heat transfer layer on the base film surface, and coating the surface of laser heat transfer layer with adhesive layer; (2) transferring graphene thin film using laser donor film comprising growing graphene by chemical vapor deposition, laminating graphene with metal foil to obtain graphene/metal foil, bonding with laser donor film by resin, removing the metal foil to obtain laser donor film/graphene structure, adhering in target substrate surface, obtaining laser donor film/graphene composite film/target substrate structure, conducting laser irradiation, adhering the adhesive layer, removing the laser donor film and obtaining adhesive layer/patterned graphene/target substrate structure; and (3) laser heat transfer film material comprising uniformly dispersing photothermal conversion material i.e. carbon black and/or carbon nanotube in solvent to form a mixture, where solvent is thermoplastic resin and/or thermosetting resin.
