NOVELTY - The method involves alternately layering copper powder and copper foil into a mold. The copper powder and copper foil are shaped by isostatic pressing to form an ingot. A graphene is grown from the ingot by chemical vapor deposition to form copper-based graphene. The isostatic pressing pressure in the isostatic pressing process is 5-10 MPa. USE - Method for growing graphene on structured copper base used for preparing cable core material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method reduces copper-based gap and interface, improves the material conductivity of the structured copper based method for growing graphene, and improves the cable core current distribution is non-uniform, the preparation method of cable core material with increased equivalent resistance and the prepared cable core. The copper powder and copper foil are alternately laminated to perform the structural processing to the copper base, forming a heterogeneous layer stack structure, avoiding the copper-base pure copper powder to generate too much gap, so as to generate negative influence to the conductive.
