NOVELTY - Preparing corrosion-resistant sliding bearing lubricant comprises (i) adding 95-102 pts. wt. base oil, 5-15 pts. wt. thickening agent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. solid lubricant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. structure stabilizer, 4.5-5 pts. wt. extreme pressure anti-wear agent, 2.5-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.8-1 pts. wt. tackifier; (ii) adding 2/3 pts. wt. base oil, thickening agent into the reaction kettle, stirring and heating to 90-120 degrees C, and reacting for 40-60 minutes; (iii) adding water into reaction kettle, continuously stirring and reacting, where the water adding amount is 8-15% of the mass of the thickening agent, the temperature is controlled at 130-140 degrees C, the reaction time is controlled at 20-30 minutes; (iv) heating to 190-220 degrees C for high temperature refining, the reaction time is controlled at 10-20 minutes; (v) adding 1/3 pts. wt. base oil, and adding solid lubricant, tackifier, structure stabilizer, antioxidant for cooling reaction, cooling the material to room temperature. USE - The corrosion-resistant sliding bearing lubricant is useful for magnetic pump (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sliding bearing lubricant: has high-temperature resistance and strong adhesive force; has good chemical stability and non-toxic and odorless; uses corrosion resistant sliding bearing for magnetic pump has good lubricating effect, and has rust-proof function, which has excellent high speed-resistance, water resistance and corrosion resistance; can be used for high speed of corrosion resistant-sliding bearing for magnetic pump with high temperature and corrosion material contact; ensures sliding of high load and lubrication of rolling bearing with excellent anti-aging, water and steam, acid and alkaline liquid.
