NOVELTY - Preparation of porous amino functionalized graphene catalytic material comprises adding graphene oxide and ammonia source to solvent; uniformly stirring and dissolving; performing hydrothermal treatment; washing; centrifuging; freeze-drying solid material to obtain amino-functionalized graphene; dispersing amino-functionalized graphene in strong alkali solution; heating and stirring; transferring to ball mill tank; ball milling and drilling; neutralizing reaction liquid with acid; separating solid product; washing; and freeze-drying to obtain porous amino functionalized graphene catalytic material. USE - Preparation of porous amino functionalized graphene catalytic material used for hydrogen catalysis of electrolyzed water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, can be carried out at 80 degrees C under alkaline conditions, and has good electrochemical hydrogen precipitation catalytic performance and better stability performance, thus suitable for promoting large-scale water electrolysis catalytic material.
