NOVELTY - The structure has a control layer provided with graphene, immersion ion liquid of an insulating medium layer and a high resistance film layer. USE - Graphene-based ultra-wideband (UWB) microwave dynamic adjustable wave structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure can realize a dynamic control of a wave reflection coefficient by external bias X, Ku, Ka-band, and realizes switching of different reflection state under condition cannot changing a structure, and increases corresponding reflection coefficient below -10dB in X, Ku, Ka-band.
