▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene double-layer electric driving film comprises graphene double layer electrically actuated membrane formed by flexible conductive layer and the flexible polymer layer. USE - The graphene double-layer electric driving film is useful for flexible wearable device, micro-motor actuator and micro-robot field. ADVANTAGE - The graphene double-layer electric driving film has high responsiveness, low power and wide pressure range. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene double-layer electric driving film comprising (a) synthesizing graphene oxide by taking 1-2 g crystalline flake graphite powder, 30.5-1 g sodium nitrate, adding 38-48 ml concentrated sulfuric acid 98% into ice bath, stirring and adding 6 g potassium manganate(VII) and reacting at 4-10 degrees C for 90-130 minutes, heating at 30-50 degrees C, stirring for 40-80 minutes, raising the temperature to 80-120 degrees C and adding 70-120 ml de-ionized water, stirring for 20-50 minutes, cooling to room temperature, adding 40-120 ml deionized water at room temperature and 6-18 ml hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution 30 wt.%, stirring for 20-60 minutes, filtering, washing the solid with 5-10 wt.% hydrochloric acid, filtering or centrifuging and removing the supernatant, solid matter after freeze drying to obtain oxidized graphene solid, (b) preparing reduced graphene oxide dispersion liquid by taking the graphene oxide and de-ionized water to obtain the graphene oxide and de-ionized water mass ratio is 1:1.5-4 suspension, ultrasonically mixing for 15-40 minutes to obtain graphene oxide dispersion liquid, taking 15-45 ml oxidized graphite alkene dispersing solution, adding 15-150 mu l hydrazine hydrate, 25-28 wt.% aqueous ammonia 0.1-1 ml, 5-25 ml deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-40 minutes to obtain the dispersing solution, reacting the dispersed solution at 75-110 degrees C for 70-120 minutes to obtain reduced graphene oxide dispersion liquid, (c) taking the polymer film, using deionized water, absolute ethanol for washing, drying, where the above-mentioned reduced graphene oxide dispersion is dripped or spin-coated on the dried polymer film, volatilizing the liquid part and placing in a oven at 40-60 degrees C for 3-5 hours, where the layer of flexible conductive layer is formed on the surface of the polymer film.
