▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Lithium-sulfur battery cathode material with cocklebur-like structure, i.e. ZnSe-VO2-rGO/S composite material comprises zinc selenide quantum dots modified reduced graphene oxide/cocklebur-like vanadium dioxide and this structure is used as the main body to support sulfur, and the particle size of the zinc selenide quantum dots is 4-6 nm, the reduced graphene oxide is a layered nanostructure that allows fast electron/ion transfer, the vanadium dioxide has a cocklebur-like structure, and the nanorods on the surface of the VO2better capture polysulfides by increasing the contact area. USE - The lithium-sulfur battery cathode material with cocklebur-like structure is useful in lithium-sulfur batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode material: improves cycle stability and rate performance of the lithium-sulfur battery; suppress shuttle effect problem in the lithium-sulfur battery; and improve the electrochemical performance of the lithium-sulfur battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lithium-sulfur battery cathode material with cocklebur-like structure, comprising (i) dissolving zinc nitrate hexahydrate in deionized water under magnetic stirring, adding 3-mercaptopropionic acid (MPA), adjust the pH to 11-11.2, and inject sodium selenium hydride solution under the protection of inert gas, carrying out heating and reflux reaction to obtain zinc selenide quantum dot solution (ZnSe-QDs), (ii) dissolving ammonium metavanadate and oxalic acid dihydrate in the GO solution under magnetic stirring, and stirring vigorously for 30 minutes, transferring the mixture to Teflon-lined container and heated in a dry oven, then washing blue-black precipitate with ethanol and deionized water, and drying in vacuum to obtain VO2-rGO composite, (iii) dispersing obtained VO2-rGO into the zinc-selenium quantum dot suspension solution, and stirring vigorously for 20 minutes under the condition of feeding of nitrogen, washing with deionized water and isopropanol, centrifugation, and vacuum drying yielded the ZnSe-VO2-rGO composite, and (iv) mixing the ZnSe-VO2-rGO composite material with sulfur powder and grinding for 20-30 minutes, then reacting under the protection of an inert gas, and finally placing the reaction kettle in blast drying oven at 155°C for 12 hours to obtain ZnSe-VO2-rGO/S.
