▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Method for performing antibacterial and antifungal treatment on bamboo products by (i) adding tea polyphenols and chitosan oligosaccharides to N,N-dimethylformamide, ultrasonically treating to obtain mixed solution (A), adding acyl chloride graphene oxide to N,N-dimethylformamide and ultrasonically treating to prepare acyl chloride graphene oxide dispersion (B), dripping dispersion (B) to the mixed solution (A), stirring the reaction and co-grafting with graphene oxide to obtain tea polyphenols and chitooligosaccharides, (ii) adding tea polyphenols and chitooligosaccharides co-grafted graphene oxide and defoamer into water, stirring, pressurizing, infusing, removing residual liquid and drying to obtain initial product of bacteriostatic and mildew-proof bamboo products and (iii) spraying vegetable oil on the surface of the antibacterial and antifungal bamboo products, air drying, heat preserving, cooling the bamboo product and drying to obtain the product. USE - Method for the antibacterial and antifungal treatment of bamboo products. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the antibacterial and antifungal properties and antifungal and antifungal stability of bamboo products, increases the hardness, wear resistance and dimensional stability with significant economic value and social benefits. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for the antibacterial and antifungal treatment of bamboo products involves (i) adding 2-10 g tea polyphenols and 10-100 g chitosan oligosaccharides to 500-2000 ml N,N-dimethylformamide, mechanically stirring at normal temperature for 30-90 minutes, and ultrasonically treating for 30-60 minutes to obtain mixed solution (A), adding 0.5-2 g acyl chloride graphene oxide to 100-500 ml N,N-dimethylformamide and ultrasonically treating at normal temperature for 60-120 minutes to prepare acyl chloride graphene oxide dispersion (B), dripping dispersion (B) to the mixed solution (A) at a rate of 20-60 drops/minute, mechanically stirring the reaction at normal temperature for 24-48 hours, centrifuging, washing, vacuum drying and co-grafting with graphene oxide to obtain tea polyphenols and chitooligosaccharides, (ii) adding 20-60 g tea polyphenols and chitooligosaccharides co-grafted graphene oxide, 1-8 g dispersant and 1-5 g defoamer into 1000-2000 ml water, and mechanically stirring for 60-120 minutes at normal temperature, ultrasonically treating for 30-60 minutes, and finally mechanical stirring for 20-60 minutes to prepare a dispersion of tea polyphenols and chitooligosaccharides co-grafted with graphene oxide, placing the dried bamboo products in an automatic vacuum pressurizing tank, evacuating to a vacuum degree of 0.04-0.06 MPa, holding the pressure for 30-90 minutes, sucking the above dispersion liquid, pressurizing to 1-3 MPa for 2-4 hours, releasing the pressure, continuously infusing for 1-3 hours under normal pressure, taking out the bamboo products and removing the excess residual liquid on the surface, and drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain initial product of bacteriostatic and mildew-proof bamboo products and (iii) evenly spraying 2-6 g vegetable oil on the surface of the antibacterial and antifungal bamboo products, and placing them in a superheated steam drying box after natural air drying under the protection of water vapor, heat preserving at 140-160 degrees C for 2-4 hours and again heat preserving at 180-200 degrees C for 1-2 hours, naturally cooling the bamboo product to normal temperature in a drying box, taking the bamboo product and drying at 60 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain the antibacterial and antifungal bamboo product.
