NOVELTY - Flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant rubber material comprises 60-100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 30-40 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. composite fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. polystyrene, 1-2 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 10-15 pts. wt. paraffin wax and 1-3 pts. wt. accelerator. The flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant rubber material is prepared by (i) placing natural rubber into a 70 degrees C oven and baking for 12 hours, then cutting into strips, controlling the initial temperature of the internal mixer to 80 degrees C, where the rotor speed of 60 revolutions/minute, adding vulcanizing agent, stearic acid, anti-aging agent, paraffin wax and accelerator, mixing for 30-50 minutes to obtain a rubber compound, (ii) transferring the rubber compound obtained in the step (i) to a vulcanizer for molding, and trimming. USE - Used as flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant rubber material. ADVANTAGE - The rubber material has excellent elasticity, cold resistance, abrasion resistance, electrical insulation, excellent heat aging resistance, ozonation resistance, weather aging resistance, and impact-resistant properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant rubber material comprises 60-100 pts. wt. natural rubber, 30-40 pts. wt. chloroprene rubber, 10-15 pts. wt. composite fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 5-8 pts. wt. polystyrene, 1-2 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 2-4 pts. wt. stearic acid, 3-5 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 10-15 pts. wt. paraffin wax and 1-3 pts. wt. accelerator. The flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant rubber material is prepared by (i) placing natural rubber into a 70 degrees C oven and baking for 12 hours, then cutting into strips, controlling the initial temperature of the internal mixer to 80 degrees C, where the rotor speed of 60 revolutions/minute, placing natural rubber strips and chloroprene rubber into the internal mixer, mixing for 20 minutes, adding composite fiber, zinc oxide, modified graphene oxide and polystyrene to the internal mixer in sequence, continuing mixing for 30 minutes, transferring to the open mixer, adding vulcanizing agent, stearic acid, anti-aging agent, paraffin wax and accelerator, mixing for 30-50 minutes to obtain a rubber compound, (ii) transferring the rubber compound obtained in the step (i) to a vulcanizer for molding, setting the pressure to 10-12 MPa, temperature to 150-180 degrees C, and the vulcanization time is 15-20 minutes, and trimming to obtain flame-retardant and corrosion-resistant rubber material.
