▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The emission sensor has a nano-cluster layer that is provided with of graphene tape (2) and is laid on a boron nitride buffer layer (3). The nano-cluster layer and boron nitride buffer layer are arranged inside the mono-block with external isolating coating portion (1) made of epoxy resin. The graphene tape is terminated with electrodes (6) made of conducting material such as copper, silver and gold. The graphene tape with the buffer layer is arranged on the silicon dielectric wafer (6). The wafer is covered with silicone oxide film. USE - Emission sensor used in emission detector, used for monitoring radioactivity of user. ADVANTAGE - The range of emission sensors can be widened. The parameters of physical/electromagnetic field can be measured accurately. The complexity of the designing sensor can be prevented. The cost of producing materials for layers can be reduced.
