▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing heat ceramic brick comprises (i) cleaning the tiles and blow drying; (ii) stirring and mixing graphene or functionalized graphene and polyimide resin using a stirring kettle, ball milling and dispersing through a ball mill and disperser and centrifugally purifying using a centrifuge to obtain a heat-generating coating; (iii) attaching the conductive material to the surface of the ceramic tile by the robot, and forming a conductive path with a specific structure to get the tile after the wiring layer is introduced; (iv) applying the heat-generating coating to the ceramic tile using a shower coater and curing the heat-generating layer using an electric dryer to obtain the ceramic tile after applying the heat-generating coating; and (v) applying the protective layer coating to the ceramic tile using a roller coater to form a protective layer, curing light using light curing machine and curing the bricks. USE - The method is useful for preparing heat ceramic brick. ADVANTAGE - The brick has flame-retardant and heat-proof effect, which is heated by low-voltage driving. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for heating ceramic tile prepared by above mentioned method.
