NOVELTY - A weather-resistant rubber cable sheath material comprises 30-50 pts. wt. 4045 ethylene propylene rubber, 30-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 1-3 pts. wt. semi-refined paraffin wax, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. PL500 crosslinking agent (trimethylol-propane trimethacrylate), 1-3 pts. wt. bis(t-butylperoxy isopropyl)benzene as curing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. stearic acid and 1-5 pts. wt. triphenylphosphine. USE - Weather-resistant rubber cable sheath material. ADVANTAGE - The weather-resistant rubber cable sheath material has improved mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the weather-resistant cable sheath material, which involves mixing epoxy resin, graphene oxide and triphenyl phosphine at 70 degrees C, continuously stirring for 12 hours, adding the mixture obtained and the remaining raw materials into a mixer, mixing uniformly, adding the stirred materials into twin-screw extruder with temperature of each zone of 120-160 degrees C, drying and extruding the finished product.
