NOVELTY - Preparing graphene coated fabric involves placing organophosphorus compound in water-soluble polyurethane solution, adjusting viscosity to 4500-6000cps, pH value is 2-5 to obtain mixed solution. The graphene powder is added to the mixed solution of the organophosphorus compound and water-soluble polyurethane, stirred uniformly to form graphene coating solution. The graphene powder accounts for 0.5-30 wt.% of the total mass. The prepared graphene coating liquid is applied to the fabric through textile coating finishing machine, and graphene-coated fabric is dried. The drying temperature is 120-130 degrees C, time is 2-5 minutes, and coating amount of graphene coating liquid is 1-10 wt.% of the weight of the fabric. USE - Method for preparing graphene coated fabric. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene coated fabric that has simple preparation process, high production efficiency, low production cost and solves the problem of easy agglomeration of graphene, ensures the uniform dispersion of graphene and exerts the excellent properties of graphene.
