NOVELTY - Preparation of silicon-carbon negative electrode material involves (s1) mixing graphene, silicon powder, dispersant and stabilizer uniformly, and spray-drying to obtain a silicon-graphene composite material, (s2) crushing an asphalt block using a jet mill to obtain an asphalt powder, (s3) putting the silicon-graphene composite material and asphalt powder into a thermally modified reaction vessel, raising the temperature to 580-620℃ to form a layer of asphalt solid electrolyte interface (SEI) film on the surface of silicon-graphene composite material to obtain a film-coated composite material, (s4) carbonizing the film-coated composite material to obtain a carbon-coated silicon-carbon composite material, and (s5) dissolving a packaging agent, adding carbon-coated silicon-carbon composite material, stirring uniformly, spray-drying, and adding graphite for packaging. USE - Preparation of silicon-carbon negative electrode material for battery. ADVANTAGE - The method suppresses volume expansion of silicon-based material and low initial coulombic efficiency of graphene.
