NOVELTY - Preparation of microwave-absorbing composite material comprises mixing polyoxyethylene with graphene oxide in water, adding reducing agent for reducing the graphene oxide in in-situ manner, volatilizing the solvent, pressing by a mold and molding. USE - Method for preparing microwave-absorbing composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses oxygen-containing functional groups on surface of graphene oxide for forming strong hydrogen bonds with polyoxyethylene for guaranteeing that the graphene oxide sheets are uniformly dispersed in the polyoxyethylene. At the same time, reducing agent is further added for reducing to form reduced graphene oxide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a microwave-absorbing composite material.
