NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene superconducting aluminum substrate involves adding 48-52 %mass propanol solvent to a container (a1), adding phenolic resin, stirring, adding acetone solvent, N-phenyl-N'-cyclohexyl-p-phenylenediamine powder, mixing, adding porcelain powder, mica powder, aluminum nitride powder, silicon nitride powder and boron oxide powder, stirring at 30-40 rpm, adding liquid epoxy, arranging liquid guiding tube made of a transparent material, extracting, stirring at 40-55 rpm, adding graphene aqueous solution, stirring, obtaining an insulating thermal adhesive, grinding both sides of aluminum substrate, cleaning, immersing in graphene solution, drying, applying a layer of insulating thermal adhesive on side of the aluminum substrate by spraying or screen printing, drying, curing, forming an insulating layer, providing a copper foil on the insulating layer, placing in a vacuum hot press, curing, and obtaining insulating laminate of copper foil and aluminum substrate. USE - Manufacture of graphene superconducting aluminum substrate. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene superconducting aluminum substrate having excellent mechanical strength and thermal conductivity.
