NOVELTY - Rubber composition comprises master batch, reinforcing filler, vulcanizing agent, vulcanizing activator, plasticizer and vulcanizing auxiliary agent. The masterbatch is obtained by first mixing a base rubber and a carbon-based filler. The base rubber is high saturated butyl rubber with the unsaturation degree of less than 2 %. The carbon-based filler is graphene, the vulcanizing agent comprises phenolic resin containing halogen elements, and the vulcanizing auxiliary agent is chloroprene rubber and/or brominated butyl rubber. The content of the carbon-based filler is 1-15 pts. wt., the content of the reinforcing filler is 20-60 pts. wt., the content of the vulcanizing agent is 3-15 pts. wt., the content of the vulcanization activator is 1-11 pts. wt., the content of the plasticizer is 1-10 pts. wt., and the content of the vulcanizing auxiliary agent is 1-10 pts. wt.. USE - Rubber composition for heat conductive rubber material, that is vulcanized capsule (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The vulcanized rubber obtained from rubber composition has excellent thermal conductivity, good processing properties, and mechanical properties under the synergistic action of high-saturation base rubber with less carbon-carbon double bond content, graphene serving as carbon-based filler, reinforcing filler, plasticizer, and also has high heat conductivity and aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing vulcanized rubber, which involves: (1) carrying out first mixing on the base rubber and the carbon-based filler to obtain master batch; (2) carrying out second mixing on the master batch, a reinforcing filler, a vulcanization activator, a plasticizer and a vulcanization aid to obtain a rubber compound; (3) carrying out third mixing on the mixed rubber and a vulcanizing agent to obtain final mixed rubber; (4) vulcanizing the final rubber compound.
