NOVELTY - Semi-solid battery comprises composite solid-state anode, composite solid state cathode electrolyte solution, diaphragm, collector layer, active material, and electronic conductive particles. The polyionic liquid copolymer electrolyte obtained by in-situ reaction aggregate ionic liquid monomer with at least one reactive group and polymer monomer having at least another reactive groups. An active substance is provided with particle or cathode active substance particle of anode. USE - The battery is useful in large scale energy storage system, power battery, digital product and hybrid solid-liquid electrolyte lithium battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery uses positive cathode with surface modification layer and battery assembled with the liquid electrolyte solution separated from the electrode, which can completely block the side reaction generated in the electrochemical process between the electrode and the electrode electrolyte solutions at the same time, can reduce the influence of solid electrolyte room temperature ion conductivity on the battery, and can improve the safety performance and long cycle performance of the battery.
